We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any online purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 5 days of the RECEIVED date.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal or lower value, and must be pre-approved by our Customer Service.
  • Refunds and exchanges may be rejected if the product packaging has been opened or used.
  • Items purchased with a promotional discount or as part of a promotion are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Free gifts are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes promotional or bonus items.

Just follow these easy steps:

  2. The customer service will need to provide the reason of refund / exchange.
  3. Include your order invoice in your returned package
  4. Place the unused item(s) in its original condition into the original shipper packaging.
  5. Please mail your package to:
